In the event it is broken during shipping, a new item will be sent to you through non-expedited shipping.
We are not responsible for our products being lost in shipping. We would do our best to locate the package and get it to you quickly.
In the event you wish to return an item, we do not cover shipping costs to ship it back to TLSP. Once we receive the item, your money will be refunded.
